Return Terms

Returned Items: Returned items must be in their original condition, including original packaging, tags, and unused. We cannot accept returns of used or damaged items.

How to Return an Item
Contact Customer Service: If you decide to return an item, please first contact our Customer Service team by emailing axabottle@club.com. Provide the order number, reason for return, and details of the returned item.
Confirm Return: Our Customer Service team will process your return request and provide a return address within 1-2 business days. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged and include return confirmation information.
Return: Send the product back to our designated warehouse according to the return address provided by the customer service. Please use a reliable courier service and keep the courier number.
Return costs
Customer-borne: Unless the product has quality problems or the wrong product is sent, the return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Free returns: If the product you received has quality problems or the wrong product is sent, we will provide you with a free return service.
Refund processing
Refund method: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund will be processed through the original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and bank processing time.
Refund amount: The refund amount is the purchase price of the product, excluding shipping costs (unless due to quality problems or wrong products).
Partial refund: If the product is damaged or has obvious signs of use, we may make a partial refund based on the actual situation of the product.
Exchange
At present, we do not provide direct exchange services. If you want to exchange the product, you need to return it first and then place a new order to purchase the product you want.
Special Notes
Please ensure that the item is not damaged and the original packaging and tags are kept when returning to ensure a smooth return.
We are unable to accept returns after 30 days and the returned item must be in new, unused condition.
